Mastering Pennsylvania Search and Seizure Vehicle Stops and Searches

You asked for it and we delivered! Everyone found the first evolution of our case law class to be so invaluable that we published the next evolution of case law that all law enforcement need to know. The topic may sound like it’s boring but we can assure you its anything but that. We have made these courses so interactive and comprehensive it will have every attendee craving more knowledge. We are thrilled when our students leave class ready to perform in the field confidently and without hesitation knowing the action they are taking is supported by our court’s rulings. There is no order in which these classes should be taken as each one addresses a different set of topics. And there are many that police must know. We live in a time and era where the public expects their law enforcement officers to know how to make correct legal decisions in the field. It is our duty to ensure at a minimum that are police officers are acting in a constitutionally compliant and very effective manner. The job gets done better and is easier than most think when you know exactly what to do. Case law is the law that is established by the outcome of former cases. Without knowing what is constitutionally permitted action in response to a set of circumstances, police work is merely a guessing game. We are not just advising how important this is for law enforcement to know this subject matter, we are taking significant action nationally to implement this training to be available to everyone. This training will extinguish common false misconceptions plaguing law enforcement while providing a sense of relief for administrators knowing that their staff has received the tools they need to prevent accusations of misconduct and litigious claims. Topics discussed include authoring and executing search warrants properly, home entry and searching privat residences, state constitutional law limitations, exceptions to the search warrant requirement, defining exigent circumstances, hotels/motels, electronic device searches, legal research, report writing, courtroom testimony, and more! You will leave this course with the confidence required to make informed decisions in a variety of common scenarios. We receive constant rave reviews from attendees after completing the courses.
